The rubber paddle holder gets your paddle out of the back seat, and out of the way on the roof with your kayak. The system comes with 2 padded cam buckle straps, and all the hardware needed to mount it. They hinge in both directions allowing you to dial in the perfect fit for your kayak and your vehicle and can be folded up out of the way when not in use!
